And elections are specifically called out as a state matter in the constitution. I don’t like it one bit, but that’s the reality and judicial view. The states are free to cheat, lie, steal, elections. That’s why there is a first and second amendment to the constitution. The founding fathers thought we were a moral and ethical society that would discuss voter fraud and summarily execute those involved. (At the state level)

Our constitutional franchise has been pissed all over, shredded and set on fire here in Ca. Yes, it’s a federal issue now and it’s about time it’s taken up.
