I have the Pentastar V-6 in my 2018 Wrangler and at 55k mile it hasn’t hiccuped once
_______________
Consider yourself lucky. I have a 2017 with 58k miles and it already needed a tuneup and the cheap, plastic oil filter housing needed to be replaced (they all eventually crack and leak) with an aftermarket aluminum one. Cheap plastic should be nowhere near a Jeep engine. I’m a long time jeep buyer and this will be my last.
I've had three generations of Pentastar and not a bad word to say about any of them. Most current is a 2023.
I was an AMC/Jeep service guy in the 80s-90s. I miss those vehicles. It ain't the same.
And for some reason I have one in my beater van that gets very little care with 368,000 miles on it
Everyone once in a while a good one made it out of the factory
