Here’s an idea - stop with proclaiming “months” for anything. Have the core holidays - Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving - but stop with a day for everything else. Even if its a “conservative” cause. No one really gives a s__t or pays attention. The government needs to get back to its core functions and proclaiming a bunch of months or weeks is not one of them.

agreed. since most are based on feelings, not facts or events of the country.

We as a country have had plenty of special days & months. No more were really needed as many were for some pretty seedy purposes anyway. Let’s just just celebrate the good ones that we’ve ve had for a long time.
