Actually I did. You weren’t paying attention. If Israel were ever to face the destruction they’d launch their nukes and take the entire ME with them. I was quite clear about that.

So put down whatever it is you’ve been imbibing and deal with reality The fact remains: the proposal is a win-win for everyone except those Israelis who choose not to avail themselves of the privilege of United States citizenship and accept the physical security of the strongest, safest nation on earth.
Once the offer is made, America will have honorably fulfilled any obligation owed to the people of Israel by virtue of our collaboration with them since 1948. (One hopes in vain for like consideration be extended to Ukraine)
If Israelis decline the offer because they prefer the weather in Israel or perhaps because they are emotionally bound to a 19th-century vision of Old Testament homeland, that is a choice which they should be free to make and for which they alone should be responsible because the choice was freely offered.

How presumptuous it is to threaten the lives of Americans with nuclear annihilation if they do not risk their national security to preserve for others real estate in Palestine, even as we offer existential security for the lives of Israelis who choose to take it.
