5. Self Actualization Needs: Personal growth, pursing creative passions, self fulfillment and peak experiences.

I have been on 15 ml of Mounjaro (the maximum dose) for several years, since it first came out. Lost 60 pounds. Diabetes improved dramatically. Other than the risk of nausea about 24 hours after taking it (which can be completely avoided by reducing the amount you eat to very little from about 12 hours to 24 hours after taking your weekly shot), I have had no side effects. Certainly nothing like those mentioned in this article.
The bottom line is so far, its vastly improved my life.
