The last event I watched, the bike sailed off the course, flew about a quarter mile and became a little dot when it landed. Unknown if fatal.

Yep. I was there but left during qualifying. Weather was super but turned for the worse the day I left the Island.

Yes, motorcycles, and its dangerous. But, getting that dopamine rush, whatever the means, is a must.

Motorcycles. Stone walls. Random sheep. You’d need stones of brass to race it.

The race is run over ordinary roads that twist and turn going up and down a mountain and through towns. Average speed is 130 mph. Most (all?) riders have cameras that record the race from different angles. I’m sure you can find some YouTube videos that show what the race and the course look like.

It’s a week-long event with many individual motorcycle races of various classes. It’s well known as the most dangerous motor racing event in the world.
