This is NOT about protecting children from porn. This is about tracking everybody with confirmation of indentity, which is one thing that is not complete yet at the desktop/laptop level.

When all this social security number tracking and privacy violating tracking of travel came about, the excuse was "deadbeat dads" and drug money laundering. To stop those, EVERYONE has to be treated as a suspect. So now, we still have the tracking, AND the deadbeat dads and the drug money laundering.
