The Stanley Cup Playoffs field is down to four teams. The Colorado Avalanche and Vegas Golden Knights are in the midst of a heavyweight fight out West, and the Montreal Canadiens are facing off against the Carolina Hurricanes in what shout be a fast-paced series in the East.

If anyone else has noticed, all Brit's and Can-of-dians sing in perfectly American English; The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Ozzie, The Guess Who. They work so hard to speak in some imagined accent like many black people do. I guess they think it's cool, it just makes me laugh.
Carolina wins, and deservedly so, Montreal was too careless.

Amazing the Habs didn’t end it in third with the two class A chances. Maybe the D ate too much pizza before OT.
They are getting out-shot badly in this series.
These offsides reviews way after it wasn’t called and had no impact on the goal are absurd.

Could be a 7-game dog-eat-dog series. Though I live 240 miles from the Chinese Communist Party Center, in their territory, I’m hoping Colorado can do something about Vegas. Their coach lives 85 miles south and has so many friends in the area where Rob “Coo Coo” Concannon turned Jared Bednar from career player in the ECHL at Charleston where he became a coach and ran the ladder winning titles in the ECHL to the AHL (Cleveland) and NHL (Colorado) — all without playing in the NHL.
There are now four NHL coaches who came up Concannon’s Ladder — Spencer Carbery (Washington), Ryan Warsofsky (San José), and Cail MacLean (Calgary) all have run through Concannon’s coaching system. Jared Nightingale, the Blackhawks system (Rockford) head coach, was a career assistant (two years at Rockford in fact) before Concannon gave him a chance to move down and be the head coach in Charleston. After a regular-season title, Rockford asked him to be part of the Blackhawks entire rebuild.

We shall see. I followed the Habs all season. Knew they’re a good team. Didn’t think they’d make it this far in the playoffs because they’re so young. Now that they’ve gone this far I’d really like to see them go all the way or at least in to the finals.

Yeah shots are 16 to 8. Habs don’t seem to have a chance.
Montreal can’t do anything with the puck, no shots in the 3rd period with only about 6 minutes left.
