As a revolutionary movement, Communism is opposed to and seeks to overthrow bourgeois (middle class) values of order, cleanliness, good conduct, and civic virtue. They instead seek to demoralize and break the middle class so as to destroy the natural coherence of society and its resistance to the Communist program and bid for power.

As history shows, this can be a potent strategy. In a deeper sense though, Communism has a profound psychological appeal to certain personality types who prefer disorder and chaos and sneer at middle class mores. Karen Bass (who is also a suspected lesbian) and her core followers seem to be of this type. For them, Communism is an expression of their way of being as well as a way to seize and hold power. This also accounts for the prominence of LGBTQ and sexual predators and deviants among Leftists and Communists.

In that perspective, for Communists, the homeless are part of their revolution against ordinary life, with the massive spending on the homeless a ready source of jobs and graft for them and their pals. The uncomprehending public at large though sees the chaos and wonders why.

This helps to explain why Karen Bass ignored warnings and deliberated shorted funding for fire prevention and suppression measures. Then, as fire season took off, she went on a vanity trip overseas. Bass is no fool and expected to return to a devastated city ready to embrace her as its savior. And, with a gusher of cash to follow for relief and rebuilding, she and her friends would feast well. Being California, they could also expect to get away with it.

The commie Demonicrats are so deranged they don't care how filthy and unsafe the streets are for themselves or their families. I mean, after all, they willingly butcher their own unborn children in abortions.

Destruction, anarchy, crime. and death are all Demonicrats care about.

Not so strange when you see that the elite commies that are pushing/funding the homeless don’t live in the areas where the homeless live. They are rich and live in sheltered communities with clean streets and no homeless.
