The claim that he was drunk would fit him stumbling about because he’s losing blood. He was not drunk. His autopsy revealed he was under the UK's limit to drive, which is .08 percent BAC. The person who claimed he was drunk is the guy who murdered him.

I know that. I didn’t say that he was drunk, but he would have seemed drunk to somebody just coming on the scene.
