Reckless ???
Considering his amount of kills, I’d venture to guess that there is nothing ‘reckless’ about this hunter... In fact I’d say he’s doing a rather good job of it.
Is he ethical ??? Nope!
Can he hunt ??? The proof is in the pudding... 13 dead dear... So yes... He can hunt.
