I solved the cryptogram, quick question, in the encrypted name of the author, is the 2nd letter of the first and last name, correct ??

The encrypted name shows C and B as the 2nd letter of each name, the solved name is the same letter unless there is an alternative spelling of the author’s name, I’m wrong or there is another author of the quote I’m not familiar with.
