IN SOME STATES-—FAMILY CANNOT REFUSE AUTOPSY
I WOULD THINK HE WAS WELL INSURED & INSURANCE WOULD WANT AUTOPSY.
They probably cannot refuse autopsy with “suspicious” circumstance, or if life insurance, inheritance issues may be involved ...but the results may not have to be released publicly.
I know of many people who have died and no autopsy was done because they all had life threatening diseases.
