For every coal fired plant that Western nations shuts down,Red Chine builds 20. And the 20 they build are the dirtiest variety. I've been to China...several times...including recently. On the clearest day I experienced there the air was so thick and dirty that you could just barely breathe.
Red China is responsible for at least two-thirds of the pollutants we see in the air today.
