I had a tree frog living in a houseplant pot for two years. I would catch flies and feed it by Hand. The dog did it in when it jumped on the floor and the dog stepped on it.

down at the sink in the barn where I make our tie dye clothing for shipping nationwide, I have a family of little frogs living among the blenders soaking and what not. the barn water is fed with a hose as there is no direct line to the building—so during the summer the water becomes scalding in the hose. I once made the mistake of turning on the hose without first clearing the little frog family. Two of the buggers got cooked unfortunately. So come warm weather, its always clear out the froggies first....before turning on the water..
