I wonder what percentage of those 600 drugs have zero impact, or close to zero impact, on the health of the people who take them?
Have any of those drugs been vigorously tested after they were approved decades ago?

Many of these drugs have been around a long time and are out of copyright, so they can be sold cheap. Modern drug companies hate them cause they are still effective and cheap for many people.
