That’s really going back in time.
Foster Brooks and Hubert Humphery.
Talk about ‘opposites’! Back in the days of the classic Businessman’s Lunch, with plenty to eat and drink, where those heavy glass ashtrays were promptly emptied and washed by any waiter expecting a good Tip.
In the ‘80s, my husband (ex) was in a foursome with Foster Brooks for a celebrity golf tournament. Very nice guy.
He didn’t drink at all IIRC, it was an act.
Back in the olden days.
Correct.
But Professor Irwin Corey
really was a Nutball!
