The constant drumbeat from AI CEO’s “companies that adopt AI will survive (others will lose or disappear)”… is having an effect. The CEO’s are obviously trying to sell their product and increase their stock price or valuation while many businesses are blindly adopting AI whether or not it solves any of their business problems. When the bubble bursts many blind adopters will pay a price too (trusted employees laid off, new expenses incurred… but nothing to show for it)
I agree with you but I think you and I are taking this more seriously when it wasn’t meant to be...I don’t find anything funny about AI....I left the work place many years ago but I talk to friends who are not retired and they have to deal with it and there are BIG problems - regardless of how FAST something gets done compared to the old tried and true..glad I’m on my way out!
