Until the mullah regime is destroyed and replaced by decent, rational people, this nonsense will continue. If it does the demonic Democrats will ride the political backlash to power in 26 and 28. Trump has less than 2 months to set things right and it will require hard ground fighting. Most conservatives were rightly aghast when he started this war. However now that he has, he must finish it or he is finished. Too bad American leaders don’t listen to George Washington’s great fatherly advice to avoid foreign entanglements. One of Washington’s greatest accomplishments was keeping the young american nation from becoming involved in the European wars spawned by the French revolution.

Trump is a fool and getting played by the Israeli lobby. First they wanted DeSantis, then Haley. Trump was their third choice and they went all on on him and bought him.

He thinks they like him, but they are more than happy to use him for their own Israeli ends and goals, then throw him away.
AIPAC has no problem with Dems winning in 26 midterms and in 28. They can easily coopt them with the same billionaire money.

He’s being used doesn’t even see it.

Too bad American leaders don’t listen to George Washington’s great fatherly advice to avoid foreign entanglements.

This is the same George Washington who pushed for Congress (which he signed into law) the 1794 Navy Act. It was to recreate the US Navy (after the Revolution we had no navy) for the explicit purpose of dealing with Muslims who attacked our ships. As Iran has done. And as Iran had been doing before Trump "started" the Iran War.

Look up all the navy and cargo ships that Iran attacked either directly in the Hormuz Strait, like the taking of US sailors in the Obama years, or the many cargo ships that had the stock market and oil market on edge; and look up the more recent Houthi, Iranian proxy, attacks on ships in the Red Sea, which means ships entering/exiting the Suez Canal.

In other words, Trump didn't start it. He's ending it. Much like Washington put in place the ability for Jefferson and Madison to handle the Barbary Pirate nations (1st and 2nd Barbary Wars). And that's without even getting into Iran building nukes and maybe putting them into the status that Pakistan is in where they can attack by proxy (i.e. Sep 11 attacks in which we all knew that Pakistan helped Al Qaeda as much as Afghanistan did, but we went to war against only Afghanistan).

In other words, the Iran War shouldn't be categorized as us trying to entangle ourselves in foreign affairs. Iran repeatedly attacked us and only recently have we started attacking back.

Too bad current American leaders don’t heed George Washington’s great fatherly advice to avoid “foreign entanglements.” One of Washington’s greatest accomplishments was keeping the young American nation from becoming involved in the European wars spawned by the French revolution.

In his 1796 “Farewell Address,” George Washington warned the young United States to avoid permanent, binding political alliances and “foreign entanglements,” especially with Europe, urging a policy of neutrality and independence. He advocated for friendly commercial trade with all nations, but warned against “passionate attachments” or “habitual hatreds” towards any country.
