Brian Thompson implemented a flawed AI system that automatically denied care for policy holders. That means that people who paid their premiums and relied on the insurance company to pay for their healthcare when they needed it were automatically denied.

Interesting comment, there are a lot of people who are mad at Health Insurance companies and have sympathy for this action. Of course the Obama Plan to make the system so screwed up and run by the insurance companies that the voters would demand the Government take over for Single Payer system appears to be on track.
