This was needed at least 30 years ago, may be too late.
The endless reboots and remakes that make no sense whatsoever.

Example another remake of Miami Vice as a movie. The previous one was terrible, they will never find the chemistry that Johnson and Thomas had 40 years ago.

I actually find more original steaming stuff that is way better than what is at the theaters. Which is a major reason the movie experience is dying, off course Covid helped kill that.

Steaming stuff? Is that a Freudian slip or a commentary on the quality of modern entertainment?

I watch primarily foreign language stuff on Netflix and MhzChoice.

Primarily Nordic noir even though it is about Godless atheists made by Godless atheists.

But that pretty much sums up Hollywood fare as well.

One of my favorites is not really Nordic but Austrian called Tatort:Vienna on Mhz Choice.

The shows are really ninety minutes movies with a man and woman detective.

You are prepared for heaping amounts of wokeness and ironically they are not as woke as American crapola.

There were three consecutive movies where the villain/murderer was either a tranny or a gay.

Could any series in America get away with that, I doubt it.
