People have speculated in a number of books. The consensus I have read is the NAZIs and the USA fight a number of years later, when the NAZIs are much stronger, the old Soviet Union is a rump state, and the British Empire is much weakened.

There is also the question of if the Soviets developed an atom bomb before us. No war, no Manhattan project...
