I guessed that this would be Iran’s response to a blockade.
They will dump their oil in to the sea rather than shut down their wells.

Trump's embargo made it so they can't offload onto ships, and they can't stop pumping oil or the wells and pipelines will fail, so the oil goes into the sea, and it's all Trump's fault.
