There is some high-level coordination going on. Almost as large as our visible US government. Who is doing this? Who is in charge?
I think we know who is doing it. It isn’t “Us”.
It is all done by the government putting in place porus legislation with a nod and a wink, and others, knowing where the holes are, diving in and starting the money flow that ends up back in their pockets.
I am hoping they only had enough safeguards against shallow-first pass discovery of their perfidy. I think we are beyond that level now.
