Is there time to clean this up before the midterms?>>> I doubt it. The records will show the discrepancies but again there are no audit controls which could be used to track down where the issue it. As the article says these discrepancies were all known at the time. I know that the Delaware county votes are about 20,000 off and have stated so many times. The necessary audit controls should be in place to log each part of the process and require signoffs. which would then tie to actual people moving the votes around. Withiut that you get a forensic “wow lots more extra votes.” Also it is known and documented by the Auditor General of PA that the SURE system is not maintained or updated accurately after the election with who voted.
