Tucker tells the NYT that President Trump puts a literal “spell” on people to “weaken them and make them compliant” and it might be “supernatural"

Tucker is definitely losing it.
I don’t think he ever had it.
“Last week Chicks On The Right played a montage of videos of him saying stuff, and then telling interviewers that he never said what he said.”
He claimed to not know who Dave Rubin was and that nobody knows who he is in response to criticism from Dave Rubin - and Tucker Carlson had literally wrote the forward to Dave Rubin’s book:
https://x.com/MichaelARothman/status/2051411433540419807
𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐒𝐎𝐍: “𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍? 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐌𝐄 𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔?”
Tucker Carlson opened his show by mocking Dave Rubin — pretending he didn’t know who Rubin was. “𝘋𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘙𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘯, 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴, 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦? 𝘐 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳.”
Rubin walked through the receipts. He pulled out the book blurb Tucker had written when Rubin published his book on classical liberalism — the exact text Tucker put his name on:
“𝘋𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘙𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.”
Rubin read it on camera and asked the obvious question.
“𝘚𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯? 𝘐𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘣𝘶𝘥𝘥𝘺?”
Rubin then reminded viewers that Tucker walked into his independent home studio after leaving Fox and reportedly said, “𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘺 **** *****, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘪𝘵.” Now Tucker is mocking that same model.
The trigger for the segment was Tucker’s 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on-air claim that Saudi Arabia and Qatar had arrested Mossad agents planting bombs in Gulf countries. Both governments publicly denied it. Saudi-owned 𝘈𝘭 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘺𝘢 reported its sources called the claims “𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦”. 𝐈𝐫𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐕 ran Tucker’s clips as state propaganda. The 𝐀𝐃𝐋 flagged the segment for fueling online antisemitism.
It tracks with the rest. Tucker’s February 2024 Putin interview ran on 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐕. Tucker has called Trump a “𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭”. Trump said Tucker has “𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘺”.
Rubin’s verdict was four words.
“𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘶𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘶𝘥.”
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠?
It’s not that hard in this current, insane climate to slip into madness oneself. I have only two resolutions now for my life, to keep my faith and guard my sanity. That’s it, and it’s a full-time job in this weird environment.
Actually it’s the opposite that’s happening, Trump puts a spell on his haters and they co crazy incoherent. Tucker is proof.
I do think he’s having mental issues.
Trump doesn’t cause division, he reveals it.
It’s all about the Benjamins with this guy. He’ll say whatever gets him attention.
Is that it? Well it’s something. And I used to like him once upon a time.
And the time he said (strongly implied?) that Trump is the antichrist, and then he never said it. 🙄
Yes, cuz posted this above:
More from the same interview…
@RyanSaavedra
NYT: “You’ve been talking on your show about whether Trump is the Antichrist”
Tucker Carlson: “I have not said that”
NYT: You said, “Here’s a leader mocking the Gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of Gods, and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist?”
TC: “I actually did not say ‘could this be the Antichrist?’”
NYT: ***plays clip of him saying exactly that***
TC: “I don’t know where that comes from, but I know those words never left my lips”

… and that’s a good thing.
Always, but for the grace of God, there go I.
I haven’t been around him in person. I started out backing Cruz over Trump. If I am “spellbound” by anything, it is PERFORMANCE. Far from perfect, but following through.
Scott Adams (RIP), who was a hypnotist himself, considered Trump extremely skilled at using those techniques. Every skillful politician does, at least unconsciously. That doesn’t mean a demon is involved.
Nuts.
Tucker fought the demon and the demon won. 😆
...for every “nutty” statement his cash register continues to go “ka-ching!’!
Ignore him and he goes away!
When does Mr. Fruitloop start his own party?
Tucker as the English say, “is round the twist.”
A brain tumor could account for Tucker’s bizarre behavior. He is not well.
Yes. That’s it.
