For some people, I would agree with you. Patel has not established a track record of being careful in his public pronouncements. His communications to his attorneys would be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Aside from that, Comey is familiar with criminal prosecutions. If he wanted to tell his lawyer anything that might be incriminating, he’d say it over the phone.

There’s no attorney-client privilege when the client seeks advice about committing a crime. Think about that.

Meanwhile, the only people who criticize Kash Patel with meaningless complaints in order to distract from the massive SWAMP DRAINING HE’S DONE are those with an anti-American agenda.
