we use cabbot’s butter- good stuff: Ingredients = Cream (milk) & salt
True - WAAAAY to much non-butter oil in it.
I usually buy the Irish butters at Publix, since they are the closest to the real butter your great grandmother churned.
The worst butter you can cook with are the low end store brands.
