A) Someone in the Immigration Agency has a side hustle and there is a “business” dispute,
B) Immigrants are suppose to get “x” amount of goods and services. Networked immigrants get a lot more. the shooter feels cheated that he is not getting the special graft and corruption amount.
What does Charity Navigator give the agency for a rating? They are probably as naive or purposefully blinkered as Transparency International IMO.
