Will a grand jury in DC vote that he has to stand trial? If he does go to trial, it may be hard to get a conviction given that 95% of the voters in Washington, DC, voted against Trump.

Exactly. I see a very good chance that he, and mansions, walk free. I am surprise$ they even found someone to press charges.

Iffy that a DC grand jury would indict him for anything other than a weapons charge. Very unlikely that a DC jury would convict him of any charge since the jury pool would consider taking out Trump and his administration officials a mitigating circumstance. Only need one juror to vote “not guilty” to stop everything.
