My first thought was that it was MAGA Republicans that would be to blame, because it’s inconceivable to think that the tens of thousands of homeless crackheads laying around the street swapping needles and God knows what else with with each other, coupled with hundreds of thousands if not millions of unvaccinated illegals pouring across the southern border would be the cause
