Revelations last year claimed the Biden FBI snooped on the phone records of multiple Republican members of Congress, including eight senators, during its January 6 investigation known as Arctic Frost.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan expanded his committee's investigation Monday into allegations that the Biden administration spied on Republican lawmakers.
Revelations last year claimed the Biden FBI snooped on the phone records of multiple Republican members of Congress, including eight senators, during its January 6 investigation known as Arctic Frost.
Jordan sent the latest letter to Alpine Bank CEO Glen Jammaron requesting documents and communications related to allegations that the Biden administration's Department of Justice may have subpoenaed financial institutions for records of private customer data for Colorado GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert.
The letter asks the bank to produce documents and communications relating to any material sought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia in relation to investigations about the 2020 presidential election.
It also sought documents and material related to Arctic Frost and activities conducted by former Special Counsel Jack Smith and asked for the material by no later than May 11.

Before Obama, the US Dept of Justice (and the FBI within it) was already America’s top political-control agency - in charge of government prosecutions (and thus policy), with the power of investigation and covert monitoring over the entire country.
Obama and Holder turned it into the USA’s KGB.
The seal has been broken, the cancer has formed, the genie is out of the bottle.
The DOJ-FBI have been corrupted and it won’t be good for conservatives in the future.
And yet nothing happened to him. Nor will anybody ever be held responsible. Prove me wrong.
And the media and democrats act like Watergate is the worst thing ever to happen (next to J6).

Patel specifically alleged the group targeted conservative organizations and criticized former Biden-era FBI leadership for embedding agents with them.
The Washington Post Recent developments in federal law enforcement have brought the long-standing self-serving ADL activities into the spotlight: In October 2025, FBI Director Kash Patel officially ended the FBI’s partnership with the ADL, accusing the organization of acting as a “political front” and “spying on Americans”.
Patel alleged that Biden’s former FBI Director James Comey had “embedded” tax-paid FBI agents within the Anti-Defamation League and used the ADL’s self-serving extremist definitions as a pretext to surveil conservative groups.
The decision followed intense backlash after the ADL labeled the murdered Charlie Kirk’s “Turning Point USA” a “hate group.”

The relationship between the FBI and the “non-profit” ADL has shifted significantly:
As of October 28, 2025, the Trump FBI officially concluded the decades-long Obama/Biden-era partnership with the ADL.
This decision followed intensive criticism regarding the ADL’s self-serving “Glossary of Extremism,” which improperly categorized conservative political groups....... and the ADL infamously labeling murdered Charlie Kirk’s group, “Turning Point USA,” a hate group.
The ADL supposedly cooperated with law enforcement for training and “information sharing.” ADL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which “says” it is primarily funded by “private donations.”
US Foreign aid tax dollars might also factor in since the ADL is strongly connected to Israel and explicitly advocates for Israel, defining itself as a Zionist organization. ADL supports a “Jewish and democratic State of Israel” through lobbying, educational programs, and by countering criticism of Israel the self-serving ADL defines as “antisemitic.”
