There will be no funding for mental health because they don’t want people locked away and that’s all you can do to stop the crazies.
The problem with mental care is, that people have to agree for treatment on their own.
It is very hard to lock up mentally sick people against their will.
And most sickos on the streets like what they are doing!
That’s why throwing money on mental treatments does not change a thing!
