I think dead sloths are a tragedy. It began when they were nabbed at their happy homes minding their own business, arrested withut good cause, and left to die in conditions no one should ever have to put up with..

The alleged humans who did that to them need to pay huge fines. If I were in charge, I’d put them in jail. They probably stole the animals, prove me wrong,

No, they didn't steal the sloths. They are covering this heavily in Central Florida local news. They showed the actual invoices that shows the sloths were purchased legally. There is actually another 35 or so Sloths that aren't yet accounted for that aren't mentioned in the article.

What is really odd though, is, because of the classification the sloths are categorized in as an imported wild animal, the owners don't have to report when they die. I think it should be illegal to import them especially since they can't run away and hide!
