Just because the DOJ has for the moment stopped the Powell investigation, doesn't mean that the DOJ has determined that a federal crime hasn't been commited.

I saw that. I don’t believe they would actually drop it off they thought they had a good case, but we’ll see. I think the President tends to push political prosecutions that lack legal merit.
