When it is appropriate I am simply brimming with optimism. It is an opinion board. My opinion is that the track record for improvements in such things as this is pretty dismal. At least the egg prices went down.
I bought a dozen eggs for 77 cents the other day. Still refuse to pay the price for anything but hamburger when it comes to beef though.
