I do not know, nor do I know the car cut off the Ice Agents. The agents were driving on the shoulder. They did not have, much less use, lights and siren. They were driving illegally to start with.

It was not an emergency. They were ending their shift.

Just because a person has a badge and a gun does not mean they can do anything they want without consequences.

There is supposed to be traffic video of the incident, then some phone video of the incident after the alleged pointing of the gun.

It is alleged the ICE agent admitted pointing the gun.

If this were ATF agents doing this, many would be cheering the Minnesota prosecutor.
