Admittedly, that same statement has had me scratching my head wondering where it came from. The Donald I know would not say such a thing.
But he -did- say it. He cannot stop saying the stupid things. Just yesterday when someone asked him about 4 dollar gas, he said that was fake and the stock market is up.
I read it to mean that he knows FISA and the 11 lying democrat Judges will use it against him again and again. He is going to continue with his command knowing the risk he faces.
