There are reports that there are not enough prosecutors to go after all the fraud in California.

The fraud is so decentralized it's almost like some malignant organism and people have made so much money on the scams they can afford the best of lawyers. The trials will be held in the corrrupt and insular communities where the fraud occurred so DC style jury nullification will happen.

Nobody will ever be held accountable, least of all by the Congressional Republicans who have their own grifts to protect.

Much of the money has been shipped abroad to Africa or Dubai so it will be hard to recover.
