Retired four-star Gen. Jack Keane expressed doubt that the Iran ceasefire will hold, arguing Tehran is exploiting the pause to delay and ease pressure while testing whether the U.S. has "the stomach" to restart the fight.
"I am skeptical about where we’re heading with the Iranians because I flat don’t trust them, and I don't like taking the pressure off them by going to a ceasefire, which is what they want in any event to force the United States to stop the war," Keane said Tuesday on "Jesse Watters Primetime."
"We have done that, admittedly only temporarily, but we've got to see what's in that deal."
He warned that Tehran has a long track record of using negotiations to buy time, calling Iranian leaders "experts at obfuscating and delaying deals" who "lie and promise and don’t deliver."

Now being reported China and Russia are shipping “reconstruction” materials to Iran prompting Trump to issue warnings for 50% tariffs. Trump has appeased many who sat this out, offered nothing, as well as the JD Vance wing of the party. When your opponent is on the ropes you put him down and never supply him with oxygen

I get that and I’ve said that our guys need a break. As long as that’s all it is. Trump & Netanyahu both said they have another 10 days to 2wks worth of targets to hit.
Its really the US that wants the ceasefire. We’ve burned thru our weapons stockpiles the last few years, and this campaign really drained them. We need some time to get new supplies off the production lines and to theater. Two weeks isn’t the best, but its all we got cause Trump has to get this finished before summer (end of May).
As they use to say at the factory, “those bunker busters don’t build themselves”. It takes time, intelligence, and lots of money.
It will be hard to blame Trump, who bargained in good faith, when he gives the ok to start the bombing.

Of course it won’t hold. This is a disaster. Trump is going to have to explain to the American people what this was all for and how he lost a war to a guy in a coma.
