Yep. The goal, hatched in the brain of the devilish Mohammed 1,400 years ago, is to wipe out every Jew and Christian in the world, and that goal remains paramount today. A victory? Reconstruction of Iran? Lofs of money to be made! How out of touch can a president be?!

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. This is actually a civilizational war Like the one We fought against Japan in World War Two and that Cortez fought against the Aztecs in the early 16th century. In both cases the at least mostly “good guys” prevailed, along with the total flipping or destruction of the other side. We defeated Japan because the emperor, whom the Japanese regarded as a God, came to realize Japanese civilization would be obliterated if the war didn’t end, so he ended it. Cortez’s solution to the Aztec problem was to obliterate their religion and supplant it with Roman Catholicism. The Iranians have shown the same tenacity as the Imperial Japanese and the Aztecs, a tenacity that requires something close to a civilizational obliteration.
