Call me sexist if you must but as tragic as it is when a father, son or brother is killed in combat it disgusts me to see a wife, mother or sister is killed.

AFATGK, they were not killed while fulfilling a combat role, or in a fighting posture.

Forward deployed yes but killed only because within missile range. Was it a classroom training assignment? Not sure.

Canadian infantry vet here. It is morally wrong and evil to put women in harm’s way. It prohibits my ability to do my job as well. We’re wired to protect. It’s also very demoralizing to a country to have their women dying in wars. It would be a bit different in an invasion of our homeland but no less tragic.
