On the one hand, America enshrines religious freedom and equal treatment for all religions. On the other, supremacist indoctrination is central to Islam. What to do?
A federal district judge has ruled that at least four Islamic schools in Texas are eligible to receive tax payer funding with dozens of others waiting to join, according to media reports. These include the Maryland-based virtual school Bayaan Academy, K–12 college prep school Brighter Horizons Academy in Garland, the Excellence Academy north of Dallas, and the K–12 Houston Quran Academy.
With public alarm growing over the Islamization of Texas due to mass immigration, state officials initially tried to exclude Islamic schools from receiving funding through the new billion-dollar school choice program, the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA). Concerned about links to terrorism and a dubious accreditation agency, officials rejected most of the applications from Islamic schools and reversed those that had been approved.
Under the voucher program, taxpayers fund more than $10,000 for student tuition at state-approved private schools. Eligible homeschool students can receive up to $2,000 for approved expenses. As expected with government programs, funds come with conditions and restrictions.
Many of the schools that have applied are linked to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which has been designated a terrorist organization by Texas governor Greg Abbott because it is connected to Hamas and the Mother Brotherhood.
Abbott defended his opposition: “We don’t want school choice funds going to radical Islamic indoctrination with historic connections to terrorism.”
The lawsuit employs the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment along with Freedom of Religion of the First Amendment. The plaintiffs claim religious discrimination against Muslim parents and Islamic schools that have been excluded from the approved list of private schools for voucher funding, while hundreds of other religious (mostly Christian) schools are

How does this square with insisting the 10 commandments be removed?
If the Muzzies want educated kids, they need to take them back to where they came from and educate them. It’s not the American tazpayers’ job to educate the murderers who want to kill us.
The problem is they see it, and just like Catholics and other Christian denominations, they want to isolate their offspring from it and this is best done by keeping them in a religious school environment. This is what we need to do to resist. Get involved in local governance and work to make opening their new private schools difficult and expensive, without ever hinting that the opposition is religious based, but rather environmental, quality of life et cetera. The progressives have already done the heavy lifting on stopping growth, use their playbooks.
The 10 commandments do not instruct that nonbelievers be slaughtered. They are also the basis of our law. I think that an honest history of islam should be taught in school in World History classes.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
This problem was going to come up if schools run by religious entities were funded by government.
Perhaps:
The only written materials to be used by schools funded by Texas law are the materials approved by the legislature.
Each school that receives funding under Texas law must include tolerance instruction in each and every student’s school year as outlined by the State of Texas.
No religious book or any excerpt or quote from it may be used in the course of instruction in a school using funds provided by Texas law except when confined to teaching persons at least 18 years of age or on days when the public schools on the school district of the area of the school are on break and attendance is voluntary and not necessary to receive the education mandated by Texas law.
TRYING TO MONITOR A MUSLIM SCHOOL IS LIKE TRYING TO NAIL JELLO TO THE WALL
Perhaps:
The school to be eligible for funding must be diverse and reflect the community it is to serve in terms of gender, race and religious background of its students.
All classes must be of mixed gender, excluding that of American style football.
The voucher amount shall be reduced....
The school to be eligible for funding must be diverse and reflect the public school district in which it is to serve in terms of gender, race and religious background of its students.
Reading my reply without comprehension...
I comprehend just fine that you put those in the same class as Islam, and they simply are not.
Should any level of US govt?
Maybe take that money and send ‘em back.
That would be funding Anti-Americanism and how to destroy Western-Civilization. If muslims follow the koran they cannnot assimilate to our freedoms. Recent news reports say muslims are pushing for their own society at all costs.

Any immigrant, legal or illegal, that refuses to assimilate should receive any public services, not one penny’s worth.
Teach children the truth ABOUT Islam, how it is a socio-political system masquerading as a religion, and its adherents are commanded to dominate, enslave or kill you if you reject it. And that by killing you and other Infidels, they earn a place in paradise.
Only the American Stinker would pose such an insulting question...
.....Should Texas fund Muslim education?.....
Of course not!!!!
You know that they are currently funding muslim private schools...right?
I can’t believe we are even asking the question, the best answer is Hell NO.
Look at the UK and France, they’re gone.
