“Unfortunately using AI is not sufficient. I read a case about an innocent woman who was extradited to another state after AI said she was the person who wrote some bad checks and she ended up losing her house, job etc.”

The Fargo police, in trying to cover their ass, said they had additional information but won’t say what that was,

Something besides a photo match from states away would be needed for the judge to issue the arrest warrant.

I agree with your assessments, both of them

still there are a lot of stupid people will who believe whatever a computer says, or whatever a cop says for that matter.

I did not realize there was no way to fight an erroneous extradition proceeding until I read the original article (assuming it was correct about that)
