I’m positive this scheme was being used by Democrats. I’m pretty sure we’ll never have any accountability for the “lost” hundreds of millions.

The only solution to a government with so much money that they don’t need controls is to take away some of this money by cutting taxes significantly - perhaps by 20% immediately.
