Vice President JD Vance speculated that UFOs could actually be “demons” flying around Earth, contending that ancient civilizations believed they had encounters with such vile creatures.
“I don’t think they’re aliens. I think they’re demons anyway, but that’s a long discussion,” Vance told conservative podcaster Benny Johnson.
“I mean, every great world religion, including Christianity, the one I believe in, as understood, there are weird things out there,” he later added. “When I hear about [an] extra natural phenomenon, that’s where I go to: The Christian understanding that there’s a lot of good out there, but there’s also evil out there.
“I think that one of the devil’s great tricks is to convince people he never existed.”
Notably, right-wing pundit Tucker Carlson had conveyed similar beliefs about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) being demons rather than aliens. Carlson also claimed to have been attacked in the middle of the night by a demon and left with claw marks while sleeping next to his wife and dog.
Vance, who converted to Catholicism in 2019, underscored his obsession with UAPs and vowed to “get to the bottom of it.”
“When I came in, I was obsessed with the UFO files, and you start getting really busy worrying about the economy and national security, and things like that. But I’ve still got three years left as vice president,” Vance.

You aren’t thinking this a new thing I have never heard over the last 60 years are you?
What's interesting is that you have some claiming "demons" and others that aliens are "extraterrestials". Why can't both be right?
What can be confirmed is that there are reports across history of things that can't be explained: Columbus recorded a sighting in 1492, in Nuremberg they described an aerial battle in 1591, plus there are various religous texts and examples of religions and cultures knowing about things that really shouldn't have been known about.
So is it really an either/or, demon or extraterrestrial, or could it be both? History has lots of evidence pointing to there being something. The question is why is the truth of that something so consistently hidden across governments across the globe?
