Is this the same guy?

“In July 1998, he was charged with tax evasion; an arrest warrant was issued, but Cooper eluded repeated attempts to serve it. In 2000, he was named a “major fugitive” by the United States Marshals Service.

On November 5, 2001, Apache County sheriff’s deputies attempted to arrest Cooper at his Eagar, Arizona home on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangerment stemming from disputes with local residents. After an exchange of gunfire during which Cooper shot one of the deputies in the head, Cooper was fatally shot. Federal authorities reported that Cooper had spent years evading execution of the 1998 arrest warrant, and according to a spokesman for the Marshals Service, he vowed that “he would not be taken alive”.”

In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled On June 28, 2001, William Cooper—ex-naval intelligence officer and author of 'Behold a Pale Horse'—accurately predicted 9/11 months before it actually happened. (2 min video)ansel12 wrote:

Same guy. Since you've no doubt noticed that President Trump has been charged with rape, treason, mishandling documents, extorting the Ukraine etc., you'll know that normally, anyone who is good will be defamed by the Deep STate. In this case, they suceeded in killing him under color of law. Mission accomplished. Fortunately, Trump has survived attempts.

Those who don't have Secret Service details, e.g., Seth Rich, are sometimes killed and most often prosecuted on false charges (see J6 ers)

Yes, that is exactly the same SOB. Cooper was a nutjob. I met him and talked with him. He had a blood lust and a chip on his shoulder.

Osama funded terrorist groups around the world during his time...saying a terror strike would likely lead back to him was common sense.

In today’s world a terror attack could easily be ‘blamed’ on Iran or one of the groups Iran funds. Why? Because Iran funds terror groups.
