The only reason the vaccine was put on the list in the first place is because of the demographics of the mothers most likely to be at risk. It was considered “shaming” and even “racist” or “classist” to single them out. It was also put on there because the Left supports children’s “right” to be sexually active. I was told by my son’s school that the HepB was required when he turned 12 because that was when most MOST children started having sex. I call the requirement for the HEPB vaccine for minors “The Pedophile Protection Law.”
There is no medical justification to require the vaccine for infants whose mothers are not high risk. Nothing wrong with testing pregnant women just as they are checked for diabetes and other diseases. But that is as far as it goes.
