Rasputin was widely believed to possess two “strange powers”: an uncanny ability to heal, especially the Tsarevich Alexei’s hemophilia, and an intense, almost hypnotic charisma that people described as supernatural.

These claims come from contemporaries who saw him as a mystic with extraordinary healing talents and prophetic insight.

There was also this rumor that he could not be poisoned. Rasputin almost certainly did not have the ability to ingest poison without dying. The famous story that he survived massive doses of cyanide is considered a myth by modern historians.

He may have also had the Kavorka.
