Barbara Eden and Morgan Fairchild are two of Hollywood’s most legendary blondes, and they’re doing better than ever!
Eden, 94, broke boundaries in the fantasy sitcom series I Dream of Jeannie. Fairchild, 76, rose to stardom on shows like Flamingo Road and Falcon Crest, and solidified her stature in Hollywood with guest-starring roles on iconic series like Murphy Brown and Roseanne. Together, the duo is stronger than ever! When Fairchild was busy strolling recently, she ran into Eden and wowed her followers with a stunning photo of the duo.
Calling her “one of the kindest, most gracious ladies in town,” Fairchild posed for a photo alongside Eden. Now that’s a set of blonde beauties! Naturally, the comments section went wild with replies, calling the lovely ladies “two amazing beautiful women.”
What Has Eden Said About Losing Close Friend, Loni Anderson?
Friendship is essential as we age, and Eden spoke out last year about how difficult it is to navigate life after the loss of her dear friend, Loni Anderson.
“I feel very lonely now that she’s not here,” Eden recently told Fox News Digital. “I miss her – I really miss her. I miss everything about Loni. She was just a very special, kind, sweet, good mother. You can’t say anything bad about her.”
Eden reflected on the first time she met Anderson, back in 1981. The duo was filming a Bob Hope special alongside legendary Dynasty star Linda Evans.
“He was doing a big deal about the blondes in Hollywood,” Eden laughed. “They had put the costumes out for us in different rooms, of course. They’d given me white hosiery for a nurse costume. I looked at them and I thought, ‘Oh my God, how ugly.’ But I just put them on.”
“I walked out of the hallway, and there was Loni. She looked at me and said, ‘You can’t wear those!’” Eden recalled, laughing. “’You’ve got to tell them, go tell them. You’re going to change them.’ I didn’t even know her then. But we had such a good laugh later about it. And I did go and say, ‘I’ll have the skin-colored hosiery, not white!’ I think she was just really what my mother would call ‘a good egg.’”

My lovely ex-wives. Now I’m married to Sydney Sweeney.
I guess I’m just a morbidly cynical old man.
I glanced at the headline with Barbara’s age of 94, I just assumed this must be an Obituary. Oops. My bad!
Until those balloons start headin’ south I presume?
She is a genie. They live forever.
Barbara looks very fit for 94. Wow.
I can only go through so many wives in a single lifetime. But no one is complaining.
But, of course!
Major Healy and Major Nelson used to make a complete fool of Psychiatrist Dr. Bellows every week.
Bellows had the ‘Cassandra’ role, in that he would witness Jeannie performing her ‘Magic’, but each time he reported it, he could never produce any proof, none of the Brass officers ever believed him. That left Dr. Bellows baffled, humiliated and even more vengeful than the week before!
My family loved watching those episodes.
Morgan Fairchild was a neighbor. Grew up 2 streets over.i didn’t know her because she was older than me, but I knew some of the girls she ran around with.
“(Eden) one of the kindest, most gracious ladies in town,”
It’s true. She often stayed at a five-star resort where I worked in the ‘90s. She was SO kind and friendly to everyone! Nothing like the younger divas who made ridiculous demands with their noses in the air.
Barbara Jean Morehead (Barbara Eden) and Patsy McClenny (Morgan Fairchild)....both cuties in their time.
Total tongue bath article. Barbara Eden didn’t break any barriers as far as I know.
Must be slow at PARADE magazine.
Kudos and best wishes to both actresses.
Back in the day, she lent her name to various liberal causes.
When I watched that show as a kid, I remember Major Nelson saying he’d be court martialed if they found out about Genie. I never understood why.
On I Love Lucy, Eden was curves with a capital C.
Her bio talks about her having to hide b/c Desi was relentlessly pursuing her.
Lucy "rewarded her" by embellishing her costume, making sure she was in the spotlight and even offered her a Desilu contract.
This was way before "Jeannie."
Nature was very very good to Barbara Eden.
I thought Morgan Fairchild was a conservative, but it’s Morgan Brittany. I confused them.
Yeah, that’s the ticket!
Every time I see or hear Morgan Fairchiuld’s name, this is what I think of.
